I want to share my recent experience with ocs which was exceptional. I had my little boy who was constantly having high fever and showing poor appetite. I call OCS Hotline which i came across on facebook, the lady on the hotline was so kind and put me directly in communication with one of their doctor. Even though the doctor told me he will reach in 45mins, he took time to ask me every single detail about my son and finally advised me through phone itself. In no time, i received a digital prescription for the advised medicine. I was so much impress with the service, the approach of the doctor. That was a truth human touch. The most surprising part is that i was not billed and i was so touched when the hotline lady said, we always help when where we can and a phone call does not cost anything. Big hats off to the whole team of OCS MEDECINS. You guys really deserves big salute for the humble work and medical service you are offering. I thought such care was extinct actually. Thank you OCS and i would love to meet that doctor one day.

My daughter was having high fever and we contact OCS late night, maybe around 2am something. They responded quick and arrived within 40 mins. Very good doctor and she was really caring. Best for their 24/7 service availability.

Both my wife and I caught a bad food poisoning, non stop vomiting and diarrhea. Called ocs médecins team for the first through their hotline. They sent two doctors well equipped. Really impressed with Dr Jenna. I had a really bad sciatica pain and could not move. Dr Jenna was sent by OCS Medecins and she was very sharp with her treatment. i was given 2 injections and it was such a relief in no time. Just a little note, the local spray she used is very very cold but yet was magical. I felt no pain at all while having the injection. It was my first such experience and it was truly a big relief. Keep up the work Dr Jenna and thanks to OCS Hotline.
