What to expect
How we assess and treat you at home
Our doctors carry the equipment needed to perform a thorough medical assessment at home. Depending on your condition, treatment such as injections, IV therapy and wound care may be provided during the visit. When blood tests or swab sampling are required, these can also be arranged at home, with same-day collection available where appropriate.
If your condition requires imaging, specialist assessment or hospital care, your doctor will explain this clearly and guide you towards the appropriate next step. Knowing when care needs to move beyond the home is an important part of a safe medical assessment.
Some symptoms need emergency care, not a home visit.
Call SAMU on 114 or go directly to the nearest emergency department for symptoms such as severe chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or facial drooping, confusion, seizures, heavy bleeding, serious injury, or fever in a baby under three months old.
For children under two years with fever, contact our team so we can advise on the most appropriate level of care.
