From Your Call to the Knock on Your Door
One conversation, and the visit is arranged. The fee is confirmed before anyone sets out.
The Details
They take the patient’s name, the address with a landmark, and the symptoms.
The Doctor
A doctor is sent to you from one of our four dispatch points, which between them cover all five regions of the island.
The Journey
The doctor sets out to you. Most visits reach the door within 30 to 60 minutes of the call.
The Knock
Your coordinator stays reachable the whole way, until the doctor is standing at your door.
