How the CarePlus plan works

Validity

Voucher is valid 12 months from activation. Benefits must be used within the period; unused services cannot be carried forward.

Home visit consultations

2 doctor home-visit consultations, day or night, across Mauritius. Next 2 at a corporate rate of Rs 1,500 per visit. Treatments charged separately.

Teleconsultation

Unlimited phone teleconsultation for advice and guidance — not a substitute for emergencies requiring physical examination.

Corporate discount

A 5% discount applies to all treatments and services across the OCS Group (Médecins, Santé, Lab).

Transferability

Benefits may be used by the employee or transferred to one immediate family member. Transfer declared at booking.

Exclusions

Voucher does not cover medications or specialist referrals outside the OCS Group.
